The new sound

So what do you guys think the new Sound is going to be like ?

Mix of ava 44 and 182 ?

or a new sound ....

Personally i hope they pick up from TOYPAJ "take off your pants and jacket or Enema

  It wint sound like anything from TOYPAJ or EOTS they are totally diffrent people, those albums were made around 10 years ago. I think it will sound like whare they left off with the last album, but better. It will have part of AVA and +44 but it will be blink-182's sound redundent i know, confusing maybe but thats what i expect.

Personally, I hope it's a completely new sound. Completely new, but still screams 'We are blink'....oh and it will still be able to change the feelings we all have inside, like every other song created by them.

ill agree with both of you there expect thats what im worried about they are totally different people  but i do have faith they are the 3 best muscians there are so im really exited

Well i think its gonna be a lot like theire last album, but i hope it will be with some influence by TOYPAJ and Enema of the state. And there might be some thing from AVA and Plus 44 to, it have to be...

im not to sure read marks blog and he said him and mark been exchanging phone calls and still cracking fart jokes. so they are still the same guys they were in TOYPAJ but i think it'll more of an upgraded sound from the untitled album

well this is hopeful, because I was afraid their new live shows wouldn't be filled with the same level of jokes that they used to pack their shows with. i don't want them getting all serious on us (which was a heavy threat with AvA and +44, since they didn't talk half as much in those shows) no matter what, I'm sure the new sound will be amazing. they're not prone to disappointment

Tbh FoxGlove couldnt have put it better But i was kinda feeling the same i guess blink's atmosphere in a live show is incredable.. yet ava and 44 seemd to be to deep and serious .. kinda wish we could have a  new Mark tom and travis show lol x

Well... I belive that it's gonna be nuts! Maybe a little ava and 44 influenced but like more of a progression of the self titled (untiled what ever u wanna call it) album. Hard hitting songs that a pretty deep. i just know when it comes out im not gonna be able to walk for a week.

As much as we all love old blink, I think think that they\'ve all grown to much musically to create that kind of music. I think the new record will prolly be different than anything they\'ve done...hopefully not in a bad way.

Every album has had a different sound, and I think this one will be no different. Mark has said in an interview that they wanted to make the album weird.

I think it may be more on the Plus 44 side as far as sound. But you never know.

I hope it sounds like their last album(blink-182). Their music matured so much in that album. It was very... Musical. Haha, I don\'t know how else to put it:P they had a lot of musical detail and even classical influence. It was by far my favorite. And, the story behind the music and lyrics and the story behind the making of the cd is amazing. Like, before they were still my favorite band and I still thought they were amazing, but they sorta sounded like 23 year old teenagers.
